The Program
The Women in Automotive Trades Apprenticeship Mentoring Program is an initiative of MTA Queensland, which is proudly supported and funded by the Queensland Government.
The program is specifically designed to provide support and guidance to female Automotive apprentices across Queensland during their first and second years of training.
BUSY Sisters are proud to be part of such an important program, helping female apprentices and businesses to thrive. Our experienced mentors provide one-on-one mentoring to guide more women through their apprenticeships. Our support also extends to employers of these female apprentices, providing useful tools and resources to support the creation of a more inclusive and respectful workplace.
